Breakfast Muffins |

146 calories per muffin if using whole milk
136 calories per muffin if using skim milk
2 cups un-sifted self-rising flour |

1 1/2 cups milk |
1 egg |

1 tsp. FASWEET |
1/3 cup oil |
|
|
Place flour in bowl. In separate bowl beat egg slightly. Add milk, FASWEET and oil to egg. Add liquid ingredients all at once to flour. Stir mixture until flour is dampened (The batter will be lumpy). Fill greased and floured muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 4250 for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
