Whole Wheat Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour, un-sifted   1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour, un-sifted   1 cup plus 2 Tbs. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder   1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt    2 tsp. FASWEET

Place flours, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl; stir together.  In separate bowl, beat egg; add milk, oil and FASWEET.  Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; stir only until all flour is moistened.  Grease and flour muffin tins; fill 3/4 full of batter.  Bake at 4250 for 25 to 30 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
