Baked Custard

2 cups skim milk   1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs   Few grains salt
1 1/2 tsp. FASWEET   Nutmeg

Scald milk in top of double boiler over boiling water.  Beat eggs well; add FASWEET, vanilla and salt.  Add hot milk and mix well.  Pour into four individual custard cups.  Sprinkle nutmeg on top.  Set cup in pan of hot water.  Bake at 3500 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center of custard comes out clean.  Serves 4.
